Sounds of Inner Silence
Sounds of Inner Silence is a meditative, healing experience using chakra toning to guide energy through the body's seven energy centers. Beginning with gentle standing movements, the class will then be guided using targeted sounds, colors, and affirmations to focus on each chakra's unique qualities. This repetitive, rhythmic toning creates a deeply calming, vibrational field that supports inner balance, health maintenance, and emotional clarity. The practice concludes with a nourishing period of silence to integrate the healing effects. Katie Munger and Cynthia McSwain will facilitate this special teaching. $55 No refunds within 24 hours of class.
